The house is comfortable and gets lovely and warm. we were able to cook great meals as the oven and hob are excellent and there are plenty of pots and pans. The area isn’t that great BUT there is a nice park not far away and the best thing about the location is that it’s only 25 minutes or so to Crosby beach for good long walks and nice cafes
